The shipping costs in these countries corresponds to 40 euros. For orders over 600 euros, the shipping cost will be borne by NasonMoretti S.r.l. and will therefore be free for Buyers. If when the Customer places the order, they cannot select or view a specific shipping option, it means that it is not available for your address or for your item because it does not meet certain criteria such as size, category, product availability. The system will automatically identify the shipping option available during the order process


Extra UE 2 (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Australia)

This section indicates the shipping options available in the countries of the Extra UE 1 zone or Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Australia for items sold and shipped by NasonMoretti S.r.l .. The shipping costs in these countries corresponds to 60 euros. For orders over 600 euros, the shipping cost will be borne by NasonMoretti S.r.l. and will therefore be free for Buyers. If when the Customer places the order, they cannot select or view a specific shipping option, it means that it is not available for your address or for your item because it does not meet certain criteria such as size, category, product availability. The system will automatically identify the shipping option available during the order process
 

Delivery time

Below is the map of the estimated delivery times:

ITALY from 3 to 5 working days.
EUROPE + EXTRA UE1 + EXTRA UE2 times may vary from 6 to 10 days.

If the ordered object is not physically available or can be produced due to technical and production problems, NasonMoretti S.r.l. undertakes to communicate to the Buyer the impossibility of fulfilling the order within the expected time. The Buyer can, therefore, choose to replace the object or cancel the order within a week of communication. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than thirty days from receipt of the purchase order.
No responsibility can be attributed to NasonMoretti S.r.l. for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. For customized or special format deliveries, NasonMoretti S.r.l. will send a specific communication that reports the costs related to delivery by different means of shipping in order to facilitate him to choose the one that satisfies him most (express courier, package insurance, etc.).
