Returns and Refunds

Guarantees

All products sold by NasonMoretti S.r.l. are covered by the legal guarantee for lack of conformity, as per articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, to be reported within 15 days of discovery. To benefit from the warranty, the Customer must keep the documentation that he will receive upon delivery of the goods. Any non-substantial variations in shape, size, color, which are inevitable and typical of glass processing and which distinguish its craftsmanship, are not considered defects of conformity of the products.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions (Article 67 of the Consumer Code): the private customer (who does not have a VAT number) can, according to current regulations, exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the Customer must send NasonMoretti S.r.l. a communication via email to the addresses: support@nasonmoretti.com and info@nasonmoretti.com within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, indicating "RETURN" on the subject of the email. This communication must include the order number present in the confirmation email and in the invoice accompanying the goods. The only costs charged to the customer will be those for shipping the product to the sender. All products must be returned intact (without signs of wear, abrasions, nicks, scratches, deformations etc.) complete with all their elements and accessories, under penalty of inadmissibility of the product. The goods must be returned with insured package in Free Port; no package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected by NasonMoretti S.r.l .. The return will be accepted within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse. After acceptance and verification of the integrity and status of the returned product (which must be provided with the tag and any seal) NasonMoretti S.r.l. will ask your bank to provide for the refund and at the same time the relative confirmation email will be sent. If the payment was made by credit card, the reference bank of NasonMoretti S.r.l. will refund within 7 working days from when NasonMoretti S.r.l. will have received the return. The time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Payment made via PayPal normally makes the refund visible within 24 hours from when NasonMoretti Srl has received the return.
